Threadhopping: Yes, within reason. If you are unsure, please don't hestitate to PM me.
Fourthwalling: Yes, also within reason. I tend to play him as a mix of film, book and historical so this might make canon puncturing him a little difficult, however.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm fairly easy-going for the most part. However, if during the course of threading, an issue comes up I will probably PM you about it. Likewise, if something comes up that you aren't okay with, please don't hesitate to PM me so we can resolve things.

Hugging: Yes.
Kissing: Yes. The reaction will depend largely on the situation and the person -- though just because he might not be amused doesn't mean that I won't be.
Flirting: Yes. Same as above.
Fighting: Yes. However, I would definitely like to be able to talk this through first to ensure that everyone is on the same page and no godmodding occurs.
Injuries: Yes, within reason. Again, I would really like some prior discussion before this goes down.
Killing: Outside of certain special circumstances like memes, or when it's been discussed in advance, no.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities: Yes, again within reason. Vlad is a vampire, which may or may not effect your ability to read his mind. Do please also keep in mind that he has his own mind tricks and will likely not hestitate to employ them, particularly if he feels that he is being attacked in some way. If you would like to take a crack at reading his mind, PM me so that I can give you thoughts for your muse to be picking up on.
